As we expand the Enjoy-a-Ball franchise we are only looking for those individuals who are motivated and committed to a minimum 5 year plan to establishing a successful sports coaching business. Whether you come from a sports background, owned a business or were an employee you could fit the profile of an Enjoy-a-Ball Franchisee. However, you must have high self motivation, be hard working, like to have fun at work and a drive to succeed. Starting your own business is a very exciting and daunting prospect. For those of you who have never coached children multi-sports activities before, or set up your own business don’t panic! As an Enjoy-a-Ball franchisee you will receive our step by step guide to coaching to ensure you can deliver sessions to our high standards. You will also receive support and training related to sales and marketing, finance, IT, HR and much more.

The support for you continues on into your franchise as long as you need it. With regular support days, coaching updates, online forums and 1-2-1 support sessions to make your business a success.
